A great healthy snack for curbing that craving for sweets in a good way. Frozen yogurt bark is super easy to make and loved by kids and adults as well.
2cupsplain greek yogurt(or vanilla greek yogurt - just by itself)
3-4tablespoonhoney
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2cupsfresh fruit, cut into small pieces
Instructions
1. Line a quarter baking sheet (9" x 13") with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture into the sheetpan, and spread evenly.2. Sprinkle your favorite fruits, nuts, and/or chocolate pieces all over.3. Place sheet-pan into the freezer for at least 4 hours to 24 hrs.Brake into pieces, and enjoy!If you like this recipe, you can try out next time mixing a fruit puree into the greek yogurt, or add a few spoons of chocolate powder to make chocolate frozen yogurt bark. Notes
Yogurt bark keeps well frozen for up to 2 weeks! I don't recommend it any longer, as it tends to get freezer burn. Store in airtight container.
