A delicious and refreshing summer fruit salad with a spicy kick that keeps you coming back for more!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup watermelon - cubed
  • ½ cup cantaloupe - cubed
  • ½ cup mango - cubed
  • ½ cup pineapple - cubed
  • ½ cup cucumber - cut into thin long sticks
  • ½ cup jicama - cut into thin long sticks
  • 2 Limes juiced
  • sprinkle salt
  • dash of Tajin

Instructions

For one half Pineapple:

  • 1.) Cut Pineapple vertically. With a pairing knife carefully cut along the sides of the fruit, and hollow out with a spoon.
    2.) Cut all fruit into bite- sized pieces and assemble into holowed out pineapple boat. Sprinkle a little salt, squeeze the juice of 2 limes, then sprinkle the Tajin seasoning over the top. Enjoy!
