Preheat Oven to 325 °F (165 °C)1. To a saucepan add browns sugar, butter, molasses, honey, and cream. Heat on medium heat, stirring frequently until melted and the sugar has disolved. Remove from heat, and allow to cool. Once cooled whisk in the egg.2. In a bowl combine flour, almond meal, baking soda, salt, pepper and gingerbread spice. Stir in the egg/sugar mixture from Step 1. Mixture will be sticky. 3. Line a cookie sheet with baking paper. Form with your hands small balls ( ca. 1 inch), and set onto cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for ca. 10- 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool.4. For the sugar glaze, combine powdered sugar with hat water. Stir until nice and smooth. Dunk the cookies into the glaze. Carefully place cookie onto a wire rack positioned over a cookie sheet to catch the drips. Allow to sit until the icing has fully hardened. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
