This classic Italian Peach bellini is fruity, refreshing and super delicious! Perfect for kicking off your weekend Brunch!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Yellow Peaches (3 peaches) - slightly frozen
  • ¼ cup Peach Schnapps - (optional)
  • 1 Bottle Prosecco - or any sparkling wine

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare peaches: Wash & peel peaches. Cut into chunks. Place into ziplock bag and freeze for at least 1 hour.
    2. Add frozen peaches into a blender. Pour in peach schnapps. Puree. Mixture should resemble a slushy.
    3. Add peach puree into a large pitcher and top with Prosecco. Alternatively, add about 2 tablespoons of peach puree into champagne flutes, top with sparkling wine. Stir & Enjoy!
