1. Prepare peaches: Wash & peel peaches. Cut into chunks. Place into ziplock bag and freeze for at least 1 hour.2. Add frozen peaches into a blender. Pour in peach schnapps. Puree. Mixture should resemble a slushy.3. Add peach puree into a large pitcher and top with Prosecco. Alternatively, add about 2 tablespoons of peach puree into champagne flutes, top with sparkling wine. Stir & Enjoy!
