These oven-roasted potatoes are crispy on the outside and meltingly tender and buttery from the inside. Perfectly seasoned to perfection, these yummy potatoes go with almost everything!
season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, about ½ teaspoon salt, and quarter teaspoon pepper
1teaspoongarlic powder
3 to 4tablespoonolive oil
fresh herbs such as rosemary, and thyme
1tablespoonfresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C)1. On a baking sheet toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread evenly with leaving a little space in between each one. I usually put the face down first and halfway through the roasting cycle I flip them over to the other side. Add fresh herb twigs such as rosemary, and thyme. 2. Roast 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown. The roast time will depend on the size of your potatoes.3. Remove sheet pan from the oven. Scoop potatoes into a serving dish and garnish with a little chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy!
