2tablespoonfig jam( either light or dark mission fig jam)
3tablespoonwhite balsamic vinegar- or white wine vinegar
¼teaspoondijon mustard
salt & pepper, to taste
¼ cupolive oil
1 - 2tablespoonwater- to thin out vinaigrette
Instructions
1. In a small sauce pan heat the fig jam with the vinegar, about 1 minute. Spoon mixture into small bowl. Allow to cool.2. Add dijon mustard, and a dash of salt & pepper. Whisk, then add slowly the olive oil, while still mixing. Add a little water to thin out the dressing. Enjoy!
