Preheat oven to 200 °F (80 °C)1. Wash & dry apples. If you have an apple corer, remove seeds, or you may leave the seeds in. You can also cut apple against seed.2. Slice apples about ⅙ to ⅛ inch thin. This goes really quick and easy with a mandoline. I like to drizzle mine with lemon juice to prevent apple from browning, also it gives the apple chips a nice tart flavor. You can add a sprinkle of cinnamon, or brush with honey. The lemon and add- ons are completely optional! Then arrange slices on a single layer with parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake 2.5 to 3 hours. After 1.5 hours turn apple rings to other side and continue to bake. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes. Store in Air-tight in container so apple chips remain crispy.
