This apple cider vinaigrette has the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. It is super delicious, and makes a perfect dressing for any salad!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon shallot minced - optional
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon, fresh or dried - optional

Instructions

  • 1. Mince shallot, and tarragon (if using).
    2. In a small bowl, whisk together dijon mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Slowly add the olive oil and continue to whisk until everything is well comined. Enjoy!
