This Lemon Vinaigrette has the perfect amount of tangy and sweet. You get fresh lemon and herb flavor in every single bite. This dressing complements virtually any salad!
HOW TO MAKE LEMON VINAIGRETTE
In a small bowl combine the juice of one lemon. If you like you can also add a little bit of lemon zest to intensify the lemon flavor. Then add Dijon mustard, honey, and press a half of a small clove of Garlic. We don't want to overpower this dressing with too much garlic, so less is more! Season with a dash of salt and pepper, and whisk everything well together. That's it for a basic lemon vinaigrette. However, I like to add a little more zest to my salad dressing by adding fresh, or dried herbs, and a tiny dash of chili flakes.
This recipe makes only enough for one salad, just a little over ¼ cup. If you want to double the recipe (just click the slider to adjust serving size), and store in an airtight container for up to one week in the refrigerator.
Enjoy!
