WHAT IS MARZIPAN?
Marzipan is a confection consisting primarily of ground almonds (almond flour), sugar, and almond extract to deepen the flavor.
In this recipe, we won't create a paste for a confection. Instead, we will use the ingredients and flavors that result in a fluffy yet dense cake loaf.
