This Mango Margarita is quick and easy to make. The key is using frozen Mango. It creates a creamy slushy style consistency that will transport you to Margaritaville, or to the white sand beaches of Tulum 😉
Mangos are in peak season right know. For this recipe it is best to use ripe (deep orange in color) mangos. They have just the right amount of sweetness and are most flavorfull. Just peel, cut and freeze for a couple of hours. Then defrost a few minutes. When you see that you can easily break them apart, they're perfect for blending.
